Client Support Team
This dedicated group of professional advisors contributes their
individual expertise to the overall success of each client. Client
support teams are handpicked to deliver maximum value, attention
and service to the client. IMAGEQUEST's
team consists of a Project Manager (PM), a Marketing and Communications
Manager, and other project determined representatives which may
include Web development, and research. Each of these individuals
plays a critical role in meeting our clients business development
needs.
Business Development Solutions Process
The IMAGEQUEST
Business Development Solutions Process begins with an initial
meeting between the client and IMAGEQUEST's
PM, an ImageQuest principal. This meeting is designed to introduce
the PM to the client and to further discussions already initiated
by the client regarding the scope of the project. The PM performs
a project evaluation and initiates discussion of the strategic
options to meet the client's business development goals.
Planning
Strong project management throughout the planning process is required
to move a project through well-defined phases. Capturing detailed
client information, reaching specific business goals and coordinating
a complete set of documents that accurately defines the project
are the critical responsibility of IMAGEQUEST's
PM.
Development
The start-up phase begins with a post-service agreement meeting.
The PM assembles all involved client personnel to meet formally
with the key members of the IMAGEQUEST
Business Development Team. All participants confirm best communication
methods, review the project specifications, milestones and the
schedule for all deliverables. The PM continues to monitor the
project as it progresses and communicates milestones and production
issues throughout the project to all necessary participants.
Implementation
After the client's acceptance of IMAGEQUEST's
Business Development Solution, the project moves into either the
delivery stage or the ongoing implementation services phase. Performance
measurements are combined in reports to ensure an always-relevant
business development solution for the client. These reports are
posted regularly on IMAGEQUEST's
Web site for review by the client and members of Client Support
Team. During this phase, the PM maintains communication with the
client addressing any client needs and concerns.
