Milton Bartley is one of Nashville’s most recognizable business leaders. From serving as a combat leader in the United States Army to launching an IT services company, his drive to achieve has led him to the fulfillment of a better life for himself and his family. In 2007, Milton co-founded ImageQuest, and it quickly became one of Nashville’s fastest growing technology companies. in recent years, Milton has been included in the MSPMentor Top 250, recognizing the world’s top managed services provider (MSP) executives, entrepreneurs and experts. Milton believes it takes a team of committed individuals to build and grow a business in today’s world of rapidly changing technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Turner is a seasoned operations executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT field. He spent 20 years with IBM, managing worldwide outsourcing delivery for some of IBM’s largest customers. He then helped lead a top Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company focused on education and healthcare before joining ImageQuest. He has guided clients utilizing best practices across the IT management space, following proven methodologies to scale operations and implement guidelines, processes, and metrics for consistent, structured implementations and oversight of their infrastructure. His philosophy is to provide a laser focus on both customer and employee satisfaction, with each equally dependent on the other.
Executive Vice President
Jay Mallory has helped drive ImageQuest’s growth since 2016. Skilled at understanding organizations’ pain points, Jay has spent his career solving companies’ technology problems. Named as ImageQuest’s Executive Vice President in 2019, Jay has helped ImageQuest land on multiple INC 5000 lists. Jay started his career in sales at OfficeWare and was quickly promoted. Through Jay’s leadership OfficeWare became the market share leader in Louisville for office technology. When OfficeWare was acquired in 2011, Jay was named Branch General Manager and led the organization through the transition to Konica Minolta Business Solutions. Jay currently serves on the board of Bridgehaven Mental Health Services and the Rotary Club of Louisville.
Chief Financial Officer
Emie Bowlby brings a passion for banking and accounting to her role as our Chief Financial Officer. A former banker and current entrepreneur, Emie spent 13 years in banking, eventually becoming Chief Financial Officer/ Chief Operating Office and Executive Vice President. When the bank sold, Emie chose to step into entrepreneurship to help others thrive in business. She formed a company in 2018 that offers outsourced CFO services which continues today.
Emie’s philosophy about business and finance is about balancing profit and responsibility. She believes economic endeavors should not merely be driven by profit but also by a commitment to ethical principles and social responsibility.
Director of Advisory Services
Sammi Jo Scott leads our Information Security Advisory team, which supports our regulated clients with IT Security and Compliance guidance. With many years of experience in the regulated compliance space, Sammi Jo proactively works to meet the increasing needs brought on by the ever-changing cyber threat landscape. Her expertise supports regulated organizations in the financial, healthcare, and related industries. Our clients – and state and federal examiners – trust Sammi Jo’s advice, recommendations, and reporting. Sammi Jo is a graduate of the University of Memphis and completed her master’s degree in healthcare management at Lipscomb University in 2019.

Since joining ImageQuest in 2014, Brad Lyttle has been rapidly promoted from Network Engineer to his current role as Vice President of Information Technology. Brad serves as the technology visionary for ImageQuest, responsible for helping us develop our IT offerings to keep us Best-in-Class as our clients’ needs evolve. His goal is to provide easy-to-use yet powerful solutions that help our clients thrive. Brad’s experience includes building a company’s IT infrastructure from the ground up and keeping systems tuned for efficient operations. He thrives on becoming THE expert on technology products, focusing on solutions that will drive client growth and improve their productivity.
Chief Information Security Officer
Myron Grover is an information security/information assurance (IA) leader with experience across a wide variety of industry sectors ranging from consumer products to oil and gas to financial services and healthcare. Myron has expertise with Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, and Risk Management. Myron received a Bachelor of Science in business management and human resources from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Master of Science in information technology from the University of Maryland, and holds several certifications such as OSCP, CISM, CISSP, and CEH.
Chief Information Officer
Brian Shaw is an entrepreneurial, hands-on senior executive with strong technology, strategy, and operations experience. He has driven growth in educational technology and large healthcare organizations. Brian has a bachelor’s in management and Ethics, a master’s in Leading Organizations, as well as a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT’s Management Executive Education program and managerial accounting from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management’s Executive Development Institute. Brian’s goal is to understand an organization’s unique needs and goals to tailor technology solutions to meet those needs.
Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager Monique Mize has more than a decade of experience managing complex professional services engagements. Her detail-oriented nature combined with a proven ability to create practical solutions, is central to our onboarding process. Her highest priority is for customers to experience a seamless, first-rate delivery with each project. Her successful track record has been built on organization and meeting deadlines, but she thrives in building meaningful connections with clients. Monique graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
