ImageQuest adds more expertise to our team

Kenny Gluck Myron Grover ImageQuest

We had several people join us in late 2020, and we’d like to introduce two of them to you. Please help us welcome Myron Grover and Kenny Gluck to our Leadership team.

Myron, 38, of Nashville, is a certified Cybersecurity professional joining us as a Security Consultant. Myron will help clients be proactive towards IT security and “know what play to run” if an incident happens.

“Things are going to happen, but it’s chaotic when you don’t have a process or a controllable procedure when you don’t know what to do, who to call, or where to go look,” he said. “My goal is to make it simplified.”

Myron will assist with vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and other cybersecurity consulting needs and add to ImageQuest’s reputation as a trusted IT security advisor.

“I want to build ImageQuest’s reputation as the team that can be trusted when your organization is having issues,” he said. “I want clients to see us as the team which provides accurate answers and who they can call on for any security issues.”

Myron holds several key certifications. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH.)

More about Myron

His background includes a stint at Deloitte in Nashville as Manager of Information Security and Vulnerability Management. Myron also worked as Senior Manager, Cybersecurity for Aristocrat Gambling & Casinos, and a global firm focused on electronic gaming machines and casino management systems.

Myron holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Myron also understands some of the ins and outs of running a business. After leaving college, he started a company, Precise Cyber Solutions, to help small companies with limited IT staff. That work evolved into risk management and cybersecurity, again for small companies, and continues today.

When he is not absorbed in IT network and security matters, Myron enjoys running and traveling with his wife, daughter, 6, and son, 4.

Kenny Gluck will focus on client experience

Kenny, 36, joins us as our Director of Information Technology. His responsibilities focus on providing leadership, oversight, and technical guidance to the support team to create best-in-class user experiences.

His specific goals for his work at ImageQuest include ensuring an “extra level of accountability with the engineering team, and making sure we’re focused on client experience.”

Kenny honed that focus earlier in his career when he worked for BestBuy. Kenny started there as a Home Theater and Computer Sales Supervisor. He then joined BestBuy’s Geek Squad, first as an Engineering Team Lead, then as Remote Support Manager. He then spent four years with All Covered, the IT Services division of Konica Minolta.

“My BestBuy experience taught me how critical it is we listen to our clients and understand their needs,” he said. “It also helped me become organized and structured.”

Kenny says he loves how technology can solve life’s problems.

“I would rather help people improve their lives, whether it’s at work or home than to just sell them something they may or may not need,” he said.

When not at work, Kenny relaxes at home with his wife Emily, who is a pediatric ICU doctor at Vanderbilt, and their two cats. Kenny and Emily are very excited to have their first child, due in late July.

“I’m a very chill, laid-back person. I like to rebuild motorcycles in my spare time – really any mechanical project I can do in my backyard – rebuilding motorcycles, jet skis, cars – or just sitting on the back porch with the firepit going. That’s how I like to relax.”
