ImageQuest sees growth in the managed IT services for regulated industries market

NASHVILLE, Tenn., February 1, 2020 – ImageQuest, a leading provider of IT management solutions, announced today that the company achieved a nearly 20 percent increase in its book of business in 2019. The company credited the expansion to a growing number of highly regulated and reputation-sensitive companies choosing ImageQuest’s managed IT and managed cybersecurity and IT compliance services.

In a marketplace where cyberthreats and the protections against them constantly evolve, companies such as ImageQuest play a crucial role in keeping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) secure. Data privacy regulations, critical to the operations of many ImageQuest clients operating in the healthcare, financial services, wealth management, legal, and mortgage and title industries, also are evolving rapidly.

ImageQuest’s IT Compliance services assist clients with vendor management, Security Incident Response Planning, disaster recovery planning, documentation, and other measures that help them meet the often rigorous regulatory data privacy requirements as well as increasingly comprehensive requests from their customers.

ImageQuest maintains an annual SOC 2 Type II certification, so clients know the company manages data and technology in ways that conform to standards clients demand.

In addition to data privacy regulatory management, ImageQuest provides Managed IT services that help clients manage critical technology infrastructure including more complex designs to support remote workers, rapidly expanding locations, and cloud-enabled applications, all running at optimum efficiency. While some clients pick and choose which service subscriptions to start with, many ImageQuest clients find a high return on investment in having the company manage all aspects of their IT, including support from a Nashville-based Help Desk and Network Operations Center.

Mental Health Cooperative of Tennessee recently hired ImageQuest as its sole managed services provider after the ImageQuest team resolved a number of bottlenecks MHC was experiencing on its data network.

“We have since overhauled our entire infrastructure and our line of business applications are running better than they have in years,” said Brian Shaw, Interim Chief Information Officer for Mental Health Cooperative.

“There are many more improvements currently planned and we are looking forward to having ImageQuest as our partner through it all.

“The key, in my opinion, of ImageQuest’s success is they do not just do what is asked, but also help you critically think through the problems discovered and offer alternatives that are always best for how we should operate our business,” Shaw said. “It’s a true and strategic partnership.”

“I believe our strong adherence as a team to our core values plays an enormous role in our success,” ImageQuest Co-Founder, President & CEO Milton Bartley said. “We own the relationship with our clients, and that means we do the right thing for them, always, with professionalism and committed teamwork. This provided the foundation for our successful 2019 and is the framework for our activities in 2020.”
