ImageQuest’s Matthew Gary promoted to Client Support Manager

ImageQuest Matthew Gary new roleImageQuest recently promoted Matthew Gary to Client Support Manager. Formerly a member of our Remote Support Center team, Matthew now takes responsibility and oversight of the team.

Todd Broadway is filling Matthew’s former position as Client Support Technician II. Andrea Lyttle, our previous Client Support Manager, takes her detail-oriented skills over to Project Management, where she will assist Project Manager Matt Moses.

Matthew Gary’s new role makes him the point person for ensuring client tickets are handled promptly and accurately. He will work with clients when tickets need assistance from a system administrator or other issues arise.

Matthew understands when technology doesn’t perform as required, it can halt work and make those affected unhappy and sometimes upset. He and the other members of our Remote Support Center team strive to resolve issues as fast as possible so users can get back to work.

Matthew’s promotion reflects his “true passion for making sure clients are happy and tickets are resolved quickly,” said Kenny Gluck, ImageQuest Director of Information Technology. “His leadership experience in the military really taught him how to handle high stress situations and make critical decisions under pressure. I always say that ‘you can’t manage a team efficiently if you have never done the work yourself’ and Matthew is proof of that.”

Matthew joined us on our help desk in February 2020. He is a U.S. Army veteran, and deployed as a combat engineer to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Injuries from IEDs led him to medically retire and pursue a new career in IT.

Matthew holds certificates in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+. He also holds a certification for Fiber Optic Installation.

Congratulations, Matthew!
