Recently our CEO received an unsolicited letter from a non-profit we support.
The New Beginnings Center- Nashville works with women who traditionally struggle to stay fit and provide healthy meals to their families, such as low-income moms living in food “deserts.”
New Beginnings provides these women with individualized personal training, nutritional guidance, and mental health resilience strategies. TNBC is dedicated to providing its clients affordable, sustainable wellness coaching as a means of reversing and preventing disease.
New Beginnings is one of our three pro bono non-profit clients. We believe in investing in our communities through these non-profit agencies by providing them with the technology tools to meet and exceed their missions.
We did NOT expect to receive the following letter from them.

We are so appreciative of ImageQuest’s ongoing and flawless IT support. This note of gratitude comes after a brief conversation Tash and I were having about our computer infrastructure and how fortunate we are to have ImageQuest on our team. While this note of appreciation is long overdue, the value of your support is not taken for granted. The technical support ImageQuest provides is critical in our daily operations and ability to function as an organization.
With the IT infrastructure you provide, we are able to work efficiently and accomplish our strategic vision. The New Beginnings Center celebrated 10 years in 2021 and are so pleased to report that we empowered more than 3,000 women during that time. We continue to add new referral partners, enter into partnerships with other non-profits and we have just launched a program for teen-aged girls.
We are piloting a new health and fitness app with the women in our April cohort. Clients are tracking their nutrition and health habits, and exercise programs. The app integrates with FitBit, Apple Watch and our InBody body composition analyzer. The data we are collecting will allow us to provide more efficient and accurate reporting to funders and donors. We are also excited about the opportunity to stay connected with New Beginnings graduates and TNB Fitness clients on a long-term basis.
