Milton Bartley is one of Nashville’s most recognizable business leaders. From serving as a combat leader in the United States Army to launching an IT services company, his drive to achieve has led him to the fulfillment of a better life for himself and his family. In 2007, Milton co-founded ImageQuest, and it quickly became one of Nashville’s fastest growing technology companies. in recent years, Milton has been included in the MSPMentor Top 250, recognizing the world’s top managed services provider (MSP) executives, entrepreneurs and experts. Milton believes “It takes a team of committed individuals to build and grow a business in today’s world of rapidly changing technology.”

Jay Mallory

Jay Mallory has been a business leader in the Louisville area almost since graduating from Western Kentucky University. Jay started his career in sales at OfficeWare and was quickly promoted to the role of Sales Manager and then to Central Region Vice-President. Through Jay’s leadership OfficeWare became the market share leader for office technology in the Louisville area. When OfficeWare was acquired in 2011, Jay was named Branch General Manager and led the organization through the transition to Konica Minolta Business Solutions. In 2016, Jay joined the ImageQuest team to lead sales operations in the Kentucky market. In 2019 ImageQuest promoted Jay to Executive Vice President.

Brad Lyttle

Since joining ImageQuest in 2014, Brad Lyttle has been rapidly promoted from Network Engineer to his current role as Vice President of Information Technology. Brad serves as the technology visionary for ImageQuest, responsible for helping us develop our IT offerings to keep us Best-in-Class as our clients’ needs evolve. His goal is to provide easy-to-use yet powerful solutions that help our clients thrive. Brad’s experience includes building a company’s IT infrastructure from the ground up and keeping systems tuned for efficient operations. He thrives on becoming THE expert on technology products, focusing on solutions that will drive client growth and improve their productivity.

Myron Grover

Myron Grover is an information security/information assurance (IA) leader with experience across a wide variety of industry sectors ranging from consumer products to oil and gas to financial services and healthcare. Myron has expertise with Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, and Risk Management. Myron received a Bachelor of Science in business management and human resources from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Master of Science in information technology from the University of Maryland, and holds several certifications such as OSCP, CISM, CISSP, and CEH.

Lee Walton

Senior Security Analyst

Lee Walton is part of the Managed Security Services Team at ImageQuest. After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Lee entered the Information Technology world in 1998. Highlights of his career include managing Data Center Operations for Boston Market Corp., serving as a Network Consultant for OfficeWare, and overseeing IT for Konica Minolta’s Kentucky/Indiana/West Virginia market. In the latter position, Lee managed software solutions with an emphasis on cybersecurity. Lee joined ImageQuest in 2016 and is responsible for managing cybersecurity assessments, tests, and issues. His philosophy is “Cybersecurity is journey. I seek progress over perfection.”

Kenny Gluck’s responsibilities include ensuring our clients enjoy a prompt, accurate, and pleasant IT support experience. Since 2003, he has focused his career on providing the best customer experience with technology. Kenny’s experience starts with Best Buy, where he rose from being a Home Theater and Computer Sales Supervisor to Best Buy’s Geek Squad, where he served as Engineering Team Lead and then Remote Support Manager. Kenny came to ImageQuest from All Covered, the IT Services Division of Konica Minolta, where he rose from Senior Systems Engineer to Regional Incident Manager. Kenny believes it is critical to listen to our clients and understand their needs so that we can deliver the best technology experience possible.
