Co-Founder, President & CEO
Milton co-founded ImageQuest in 2007 and has built it into a managed IT and cybersecurity firm focused on community banks and other regulated institutions. A former combat leader in the U.S. Army, he brings the same discipline and accountability to the firm’s work. He serves as President of the InfraGard Middle Tennessee Members Alliance and holds a seat on the ICBA AI Task Force.
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew brings more than 30 years in IT operations to ImageQuest, including 20 years at IBM managing worldwide outsourcing delivery for some of the company’s largest accounts. He later helped lead an Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider serving education and healthcare before joining the firm. He runs operations with equal attention to client outcomes and employee satisfaction, on the view that neither holds without the other.
Executive Vice President
Jay has helped drive ImageQuest’s growth since 2016 and was named Executive Vice President in 2019, a period in which the firm earned multiple INC 5000 listings. He spent his early career at OfficeWare, where he led the company to market-share leadership in Louisville office technology and managed its transition through acquisition by Konica Minolta. Jay serves on the boards of Bridgehaven Mental Health Services and the Rotary Club of Louisville.
Vice President, Advisory Services
Sammi Jo leads ImageQuest’s Information Security Advisory team, guiding regulated clients on IT security and compliance. She has spent years in the regulated compliance space and works across financial services, healthcare, and related industries. Clients and their state and federal examiners alike rely on her recommendations and reporting. She holds a degree from the University of Memphis and a master’s in healthcare management from Lipscomb University.
Director, Advisory Services
Marissa leads day-to-day delivery for ImageQuest’s Advisory Services practice, directing the advisors who guide regulated clients through IT security and compliance. She served nearly a decade as a U.S. Army intelligence officer, running information security, personnel security, and physical security programs under strict federal compliance standards and commanding a 240-person company. Operating security programs where the regulator sets the bar maps directly to the work she does for banks today.
Chief Financial Officer
Emie serves as ImageQuest’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing 13 years in banking, where she rose to Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President before the bank was sold. That inside view of how banks operate informs her work at a firm built to serve them. In 2018 she founded an outsourced CFO practice, which she continues to lead, advising businesses on balancing profitability with sound financial stewardship
Chief Information Officer
Brian leads ImageQuest’s information technology strategy, drawing on senior leadership experience across educational technology and large healthcare organizations. He holds a bachelor’s in management and ethics and a master’s in leading organizations, along with a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT’s executive education program. That AI grounding is increasingly central as the firm extends its advisory work for regulated clients.
Chief Technology Officer
Brad joined ImageQuest in 2014 as a Network Engineer and has risen to Chief Technology Officer, where he sets the direction of the firm’s technology offerings as client needs evolve. He has built IT infrastructure from the ground up and keeps systems tuned for reliable, efficient operation. His focus is practical: solutions that are straightforward to run and that hold up as clients grow.
Senior Strategic Account Executive
Jennifer works directly with prospective and current clients to bring new business to ImageQuest, drawing on 20 years of consultative sales experience and a focus on building long-term relationships. Before joining the firm, she served as VP of Sales for a technology platform built for managed service providers, and earlier established her career in medical device sales. She holds an MBA from Arizona State and has been recognized with President’s Club and Rep of the Year honors.
Senior Project Manager
Monique manages ImageQuest’s complex professional services engagements and anchors the client onboarding process, drawing on more than a decade in project delivery. Clients rely on her to keep projects organized, on schedule, and clear from the first conversation to closeout. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
