ImageQuest has promoted Mason Funderburg to Client Support Team Lead, effective today.
The promotion reflects Mason “consistently going above and beyond for our clients and our team,” said Alyssia Syphers, Client Support Manager. “Mason is a natural leader. He is analytical, looks for process improvement, and is always willing to help wherever we need help.”
In his new role, Mason will assist in scheduling, coaching, and process improvements, as well as continuing to provide our clients technical support.
Mason joined ImageQuest in October 2020 as Client Support Specialist II. Last summer, he was promoted to his prior role as Field Tech.
Mason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds a CompTIA A+ certification.
